Studio 374 Green

Green is a private studio apartment in the Gümüşlük area, inside the Kadıkale Ormancılar holiday complex, in a large garden away from crowds and noise. We are child- and pet-friendly, and you will find most of what makes everyday life easy at home.

Our beaches are within walking distance, and municipal minibuses from the stop 100 metres away reach the whole peninsula. A double bed in the bedroom and another in the living room sleep up to four.

The space

Fifty square metres in all: a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The home sits in a very large garden with its own entrance. The kitchen is equipped for long stays. The picnic table and portable barbecue in the garden are shared and can be used when free.

Guest access

The home and terrace are entirely yours. The laundry room, the large garden and the car park are shared. You are welcome to use the complex’s private beach and facilities. In season, pick mulberries, quinces, mandarins, pears, oranges and pomegranates from our trees, and tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers from the vegetable patch.

Other things to note

Check-in is from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage in the laundry room. Please let us know in advance if you will arrive late at night. Municipal minibuses stop 100 metres away and reach the whole peninsula. There are cycling and walking paths between Kadıkalesi and Turgutreis.
