Studio 374 Red

Red is one of three 50 m² apartments, each with its own entrance, set in a very large garden inside the Ormancılar complex, well away from the crowds. It suits children and pets, families and groups of friends alike, and we are open twelve months a year.

Guests can use the complex’s private beach and facilities, and Kadıkalesi’s beaches are a 500-metre walk. Cycling and walking paths run between Kadıkalesi and Turgutreis. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and a single bed and a sofa bed in the living room.

The space

Fifty square metres in all: a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The home sits in a very large garden with its own entrance. The kitchen is equipped for long stays. The picnic table and portable barbecue in the garden are shared and can be used when free.

Guest access

The home and terrace are entirely yours. The laundry room, the large garden and the car park are shared. You are welcome to use the complex’s private beach and facilities. In season, pick mulberries, quinces, mandarins, pears, oranges and pomegranates from our trees, and tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers from the vegetable patch.

Other things to note

Check-in is from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage in the laundry room. Please let us know in advance if you will arrive late at night. Municipal minibuses stop 100 metres away and reach the whole peninsula. There are cycling and walking paths between Kadıkalesi and Turgutreis.
