1. Who we are

2. Information you give us through forms

There are three kinds of form on the website. Each asks only for what we need to deal with your request:

• Booking request form: name, email, phone, dates, number of guests, pet details and your message—used to check availability and to send you an offer and confirmation.
• Contact form: your name, contact details and message—used only to reply to you.
• Review form: your name, the home and period of your stay, your rating and your review. Reviews are checked by us before publication; your email address is never published.

Form data is stored on the server hosting the website and in our email service. It is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with third parties for marketing.

3. Server logs

When you visit the website, your browser automatically sends certain technical information (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser and operating system). This is written to server logs so the site can run securely and reliably, and is kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

4. Cookies

Cookies are small text files that websites store in your browser. We use two kinds:

Strictly necessary cookies

These are needed for the website to work and do not require consent. They remember your language (Turkish or English) and your cookie choices. They do not identify you and are not used for advertising.

Optional analytics cookies

We may use analytics cookies to produce aggregate statistics, such as the number of visitors and the most-read pages. These are set only if you give your consent. If you don’t, the website works exactly the same.

We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting or profiling.

5. Outside services and embedded content

Some pages contain content that your browser loads directly from third-party servers. When this happens, your IP address and browser information are technically transmitted to that provider:

• Maps (OpenStreetMap): map images (tiles) are loaded by your browser from OpenStreetMap servers, subject to the OpenStreetMap Foundation’s own policy.
• Weather and sea temperature (Open-Meteo): live weather data is fetched by your browser directly from the Open-Meteo service. The request contains only the location of our area—we never ask for yours.
• WhatsApp links: clicking a WhatsApp button opens the WhatsApp app or website, after which WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) own terms and privacy policy apply. No data is sent to WhatsApp unless you click.
• Airbnb links: links to our Airbnb listings take you to Airbnb’s website, where Airbnb’s policies apply.

6. Managing your cookie choices

When you first visit, the cookie banner lets you accept or decline optional cookies. To change your mind later, clear the cookies for this site in your browser and the banner will appear again.

You can also delete or block cookies, or be warned before each one is set, in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, some features—such as remembering your language—may not work as expected.

7. Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only authorised people can access your data, and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.

Your rights under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and how to exercise them, are set out in our Privacy Notice.
